Great customer service!!
The adage of "you get what you pay for" is true in this case. In April 2025 I had most of my windows replaced, and despite a couple hiccups with the installer completing the job as scheduled, it worked out. However, it's the post installation service, or lack thereof, that has prompted my review. After the installation was complete, and after they received my payment, there was zero follow up and since then I've had several issues with a few of my windows that could have been avoided if they simply had someone come out to ch... read more
So far I've had a great experience. The day I contacted them, they were able to send someone out the same day. Sam was very friendly and informative. I'm getting some windows replaced. The quoted time for the replacement seems reasonable. Can't wait to see the finished product!
Tyler G. came to my home to give me an estimate for windows. He was very personable and knowledgeable! He spent over three hours answering my questions, showing me window examples, and explaining the basics of window making and installation. He did not pressure me into a sales, even though there are other windows in my home that probably could also use replacement. I am anxious to have the windows installed.
