We are delighted to have universal windows direct to put in a new patio door for us. Richard and rob was the sales people who came to our house. They were very knowledgeable about their product and prices. Will update after the work is completed.
Universal Windows Direct was referred to us by friends who had their windows installed. We had a large number of windows, four storm doors, and one set of double doors installed. They explained all the work beforehand, came on the day they said they would, used experienced people on the job the whole time, cleaned up as they went, communicated constantly, and left us with a very nice installation. The doors and windows are great! I highly recommend them.
