I got a high quality product from Universal Windows, and the entire process thru installation was excellent. Kudos to the installers b/c it's hard work and they go home with arms very tired, no doubt. Excellent team. special shout out to Nate and team.
Good explanation, description and communication. Quality product. Crew was on time, efficient, personable and removed discarded windows and swept my rooms.
The installation was great. The guy who came to put them in was very attentive to his work and completed the job great! For one person, he did an awesome job in the heat.
The sales experience started good but quickly went bad once the contract was signed. I had to pay a 50% deposit before I received a contract to sign. I had to continually ask has my order was progressing. After one of my questioning emails I was informed that the door that I was sold was not available so they had to order another model. That reset the whole timeline. I had to ask about my order before I was informed about this issue.
