I purchased windows on 1/10/2024. Salesperson said it should take about 10 to 12 weeks for windows to be installed. Reviewing the contract it said work should start 12 to 14 weeks after signing. So far it's been 22 weeks with no communication. When I call they tell me that they can't give me a date. When I ask for a manager to call me back no one calls. So far I can only give them 1 star for lack of communication. If you're in a hurry for windows don't buy from Universal Windows Direct.

Great service. they gave me a good quote and educated me on the siding project. most likely will go with their service reasonably price and straight forward.
The contract, payment, preparation, and installation were all quick and professional. I will certainly call Universal again if needed.
George came out and did the estimate for the siding work I need. George was personable, down-to-earth, warm, and very professional. He worked with me on the numbers and financing to come up with a reasonable quote, and was very helpful in deciding the quality, color, and style of the siding and trim. I'm looking forward to working with this company.
