I was skeptical because I thought the estimate for 3 basement windows and 1 small fixed glass window was ridiculously high ($1700), but figured go ahead because it seemed the company had a good reputation, unfortunately based on website reviews; YELP says otherwise. The first installation date was scheduled, and the night before we were called to say they just couldn't make it and rescheduled. UWD had a big part in our journey with our home; our house was a fixer upper and we used UDW to replace 17 windows which were original to our 1955 home. Our original windows didn't open, they were hideous and covered in chipped paint and black trim, and they were all single paned glass. They caused me thousands of dollars of damage. I am still waiting to hear from them which I won't. Every time I call the lovely staff hangs up the phone on me!
