Universal windows direct has hands down been the most wonderful company to work with - even through the pandemic. From the first inquiry call, to final install I could not be more thrilled with them. They are PROMPT, GOOD COMMUNICATORS, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE and GENUINE. The quality of work and the quality of the windows is superb. Highly recommend them - you won’t be disappointed if your considering hiring them DO IT.
Universal Windows replaced all the windows in our house in the late fall. Being that our house was built in the early 50's it was very drafty. Once they replaced the windows the drafts stopped. Our heating bill was reduced significantly. The workers that did our job were fantastic. They were absolutely professional and cleaned up everything both inside and outside!!! Their pricing was great considering their windows were A++

Had the windows in my dining room replaced last week. It was a pleasure to work with Mindy to overcome some scheduling issues. She was great and always kept me up to date. Installation went well. Workers were efficient and courteous. Wish I could post a picture...the windows are beautiful!
We had 25 windows replaced in an older two family rental home. Previously used Universal for another home a few years ago. Quick response, met to review and measure job, looked at the actual samples and selected the UniShield Plus which we used previously. Doug provided a competitive quote as we have researched this market previously. Install was in one day with Rob the install manger very professional and his team did a grest job. No issues. Highly recommended.
I had 16 windows and my storm door replaced. Windows are excellent and installed very well. Everything was done professionally and the post cleanup was excellent as well. Great experience and I highly recommend them!
