I don’t like write reviews but.. I had called several cable companies and they came to install the cable and needed to made fish wire and went to attic came down.. they said couldn’t do it and left.. I called universal TV system , had explained my situation about needed to move the cable to different wall.. he stated no problem.. Came to install the cable and added the connection with no problems Beside the great job They have great customer service I highly recommend them
