Yesterday our neighbors contracted this company to trim and clean their palm trees. In the process, their employees continuously and carelessly dropped trimmed palm fronds on our flowerbeds rather than taking a few more seconds to drop them into their adjacent waiting truck. This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it.
