I think that all at Universal Transmissions are the Best! Never before in my dealings with any type of Mechanical organisation have I come across such Honest and understanding people. They are all incredibly nice, polite, respectful and Honest! They listened to my problems. Inspected my vehicle. Explained to me what the problem was and how to fix it.
