A collection company called and notified me that I needed to make a payment. I told them I pay everything on time but I'd make the payment and if I found proof of same they would reimburse me and they agreed. Once I located proof of payment they notified me they had forwarded the funds already to Universal. Universal stated they would look into it and reimburse me.
