Entire staff is amazing! Dr is super patient, thoroughly explains plan of treatment, empathic, compassionate, and soft spoken which makes you less anxious coming to the dentist :)
My whole family has been patients at Universal Smiles for almost 10 years, and they’ve always given us the best care. Our dentists and the assistants are super knowledgeable and honest, and they never push unnecessary treatments. The staff feels like family, and every visit is a positive experience. We can’t imagine going anywhere else for our dental needs. It’s so refreshing to be treated with such kindness and empathy. I highly recommend this office!
Brad Griffin has been my dentist for about 10 years. He is the best Dentist I ever had. He changed offices and I trust him so much I drive across town to his new office. He has never hurt me and he hums when he works which is calming. He has done at least 3 root canals for me with zero pain, and keeps the rest of my teeth healthy. 10 stars.
