At my age I can honestly say,,,, " there aren't alot of firsts any more". Today I had one, courtesy of Universal Sales & Accessories in Syracuse. They did a little work on my bike,,,,, fast, professional repair, reasonable cost and they even picked the bike up and brought it back,,,, for free in an enclosed trailer. Thank you
The first business we did with universal was in 2004 when my wife and i purchased a new 4 wheeler for our kids. Fast forward 12 years and many many 4 wheelers, dirt bikes and road bikes later we still will only go to universal. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, I have always been treated fair and had my toys serviced in a timely fashion. There shop is located right off 690 and is very clean and modern, I highly recommend them and truly believe there is no better shop in the upstate area..
Took and old and tired 88 Road King and returned a 103 ground pounder. Now if weather breaks so I can get to the magic 1000 miles for tune, this season should be great. Thanks Tony.
