My buddy Lee Ream and I were on a cross-country ride from Sacramento to Nova Scotia. Had a planned two-day layover in Syracuse to get bikes serviced. I had fluids changed along with some new tires installed, including some bright LED (bulbs) replacing the stock dull looking bulbs that Harley installs at the factory. Universal Sales is the shop where the Quality meets the money. One visit to this motorcycle shop and you know you're dealing with true professionals of the business. The friendly atmosphere makes the experience easy and the quick turn around won't leave you caged up too long.
Shawn and the rest of the staff are very professional and easygoing to deal with. They just installed underglow lights on my 2016 Kawasaki Voyager along with a few other things and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. On top of that they picked up the bike from my home and delivered it back when finished. That is why I have been bringing my bikes here the last couple years.
