RecommendedDrop off and pick up of waste container was timely. Roof tear off and replacement was all done in one day. Several passers by commented on how well the new roof looked. Clean up was done efficiently. Very happy with the new roof! The chimney was flashed very well. Waiting on now on contracting crew to replace chimney siding, trim, cap and for them to install the spark arrest fitting I had previously purchased but never installed. Very happy with the new roof and timely installation.
Universal Roofing and Contracting came out and put a new roof on my River House in 3 days, did the necessary repairs and cleaned up beautifully. They handled all the paper work! It looks great! Thanks so much!
Very educated on all types of roofing materials, identifying problems and fixing problems. I’ve used them for repairs and re-roofing (different homes) and can’t say enough good. Had a service question on my 2-yr old roof.. turned out to be just cosmetic but they repaired it anyway. Very happy customer!!

After paying for almost every upgrade they offered, the roof leaked, they damaged by trusses, and threw away my chimney cap and replaced it with one that did not work and was unsafe. A chimney safety inspector documented it and when I showed Universal Roofing they were unwilling to fix it.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Universal Roof!
