I rented from Universal Realty for a period of about 18 months. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service I received. I lived in an older building so there were a few minor requests I had to make during my tenancy (fridge, window, a small leak in the sink, etc). I have tried applying there but only to get rejected because I'm not an "rich foreign" tenant which was close to sue them
--We stayed with them three years at 8th st condo. Most URL personnel were very very rude, specially a guy inspected the house and reception lady answering the call. For the URL management, We paid to live there, did not live on your charity! It took them 2.5 years to fix the bath tub faucet, they had to do it as it was causing high humidity and molds started on roof corners.
