My unit is so cold it feels like u r using an outhouse the toilet seat is freezing my butt. They say they can't do nothing excuse me TURN UP the fricken HEAT it's WINTER😡They keep their temperature between 19-21 that isn't the correct temperature for living area the temperature should be min of 22. Living conditions go down and prices go up.
Don’t ever rent with them , landlord is a super greedy and very unprofessional. He will never reach ouch to you for any issues. I advise anyone who comes here to note anything and get multiple eye witness, they will find any reasons to take from Your damage deposit. If you don’t give them 60 days notice to vacate before your lease ends they will charge you months of rent even if you already are already moved out, which means “free rent for the owner”, and they will purposely not put the place up for rent so they can claim th... read more
