shitty place! we have been complaining about laundry services for 2 months now. They locked one of the only working machine I have to take days off because I dont have clean washed clothes to go and work
I have had the pleasure of working with Universal realty on a few of their projects, they are awesome to work with. They are understanding and have realistic timelines. will definitely continue working with them on future projects.
3 weeks ago I moved in to one of their apartments. It’s been 3 weeks that I’ve been waiting for them to come and fix a few broken items they promised me to fix upon my move. When I called them again, they said “you saw the place and signed the contract anyway, you shouldn’t have if you had objections. We have more important maintenance to deal with” despite them promising to fix things
