After my mother has been living in this complex for over 20 years I can honestly say this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen by far. We had to get in contact with them several times before they even attempted to plow us out. on top of which today when they finally did show up they tell us it's not their "f****** problem" and walked away. Very professional. Very well run. I will recommend them highly as I have done for years
They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They refuse to give my roommate a parking space, even though it is in our contract, when we call to speak with someone about concerns of the building, they are rude and ignore them, AND we even had our Property Manager Gail HANG UP ON US on the phone while we were trying to ask her about things that concerned out lease.
