After reading the comments on Yelp, I realized that my situation with Jing's open house was neither singular nor surprising. At the Elmhurst open house, she constantly asked if I have any buyer's agent, or real estate agent representing me. As the seller's agent representing the house, she kept on saying that many people liked the house and that if I have any remote interest I should just sign an agreement with her so that she can act diligently for me in the negotiation process with the owner of the house.
