We took our pressure washer to this place the 2nd week of February. It is still not fixed. It is now June. It is always an excuse as to why. You can't even walk through the door now because of all the junk piled up. I have called Troy bilt about this issue and hoping to get it resolved. They are the ones that told me to take it to universal because of the warranty. We used it maybe 3 times. We are very very disappointed and frustrated.
Worst service imagineable. It is a shame that a power tool company would use them for their warranty services. They have had a power tool under warranty repair for me since November of last year. It is now the end of February. Every time I go there and ask the owner about my tool he gives me a different excuse about why it is not repaired. My next step will be to get my power tool back and just take it to another dependable company and pay for it to be repaired!
LOTS MUST HAVE CHANGED SINCE 2006, THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE POSITIVE. SERVICE IS SUBPAR. BBB NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE
