My mom called to have you’ll come and see why her hot water heater wouldn’t stay lite. The man that came out couldn’t light the heater and didn’t try to figure out why it wouldn’t light. He told her the cost for a new one and have it install would cost her $1500.00. So my husband went over and took a look at it and figure out what the problem was and it only cost him $11.00 Thermo Coupling. Slab Leak!!! We recently retired from the military and relocated to Augusta Georgia and we’ve found a plumbing company for life. Universal Plumbing was Outstanding! I’m just impressed. From the Customer service representative to the Plumbing engineers. They were awesome! I mean they arrive on time! They respected my home! Their uniforms were clean. They are awesome. They came out and replaced our hot water heater today. The gentleman were very nice. They wore their face mask and it made me feel at ease. I am so glad that I called Universal Plumbing. THEY ROCK!!!!!!@

A moving truck ran over our water main and broke the pipe. Mike came out and fixed us up. He was very polite and professional.
