I’ve been to this salon many times and have always booked my appointments in advance. I’ve always been very happy with both the service and the quality of work. I understand a short wait is sometimes expected—15 minutes or so is reasonable—but today was especially frustrating. Altogether, I waited about an hour. I had Lani give me a pedicure. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! She was so sweet and took extra care to personalize my experience. Will definitely be coming back! Can’t recommend her enough!
