Scheduled an appointment here days ago. Showed up early, got sat down and began to remove my gel. Another person with the same time appointment and tech walked in and they put me aside to do her entire set, asked me to wait at least 30 more minutes. Because of a mistake on their end, and probably greed to get as many people in as possible, left with jacked up half prepped nails. I really like this salon. I got great affordable service with amazing nails! I will be back and they have a kids pedicure chair
Update: most of the technicians have left. It looks like more than half of them are gone now. I used to go to Kian for gel nails. My mom and sister went to Tony. As long as you had the right technician they did an excellent job. However, we have had bad experiences with other technicians who were too rough, did a bad job and nails broke or polish peeled within a week. The first time I got builder gel and the girl did SO good, they looked good, lasted almost 4 weeks were so strong. I went in for a fill, the guy used a different product, they look awful and after one week are starting to lift :(
Ann was a perfect pedicurist who treated me with respect and kindness. My nails looked clean, well buffed and sculptured. I would highly recommend her. Additionally, the massage was excellent.
