This doctor office there so nice and helpful
To whom it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention my interaction with Tina, the office admin who's behavior was truly unprofessional during our phone call. Tina refused to schedule me for a future appointment, even though my insurance is active & there was no clear reason to deny one, as I had a new health issue arise. When asked why, she proceeded to hang up the phone. Jennifer has given me impeccable medical care for years. I can't give the practice 5 stars though, because Mabel also treats patients. She is a lovely woman, but she told me my gallstones were kidney stones. Even after I questioned her diagnoses she stayed firm. If someone doesn't know the difference between kidneys and the gallbladder they have no business treating patients.
I have been going to this office for a little over 5 years now and have been given exceptional care. I have been seeing Jennifer and I cannot recommend her enough. Every time I am seen Jennifer makes me feel extremely safe and comfortable to discuss any of my concerns or questions. I can wholeheartedly say Jennifer advocates for my health and encourages me to want to get better. She is more than just a provider in my eyes she is truly an inspiration and a hero.
