Mike Cobble at Universal Motors made for a pleasant car buying experience. My husband searched high and low for a specific truck and finally found it.. two hours away in Tennessee. Mike was accommodating about meeting after normal business hours and answering any questions we had. The actual paperwork probably took all of 20 minutes, so much faster and without the pressure you normally get at a big car dealer. We headed home that evening with our new-to-us truck and received the title in the mail less than a week later.

We live in Clinton, TN, but a good friend of ours knew the type of car we were looking for and Mike had a rare jewel on the lot. We had literally been looking for months for a similar car, but this one was immaculate and Mike made the process super easy. Instead of spending 2 hours in the dealership going over paperwork, it literally took less than 10 minutes. Mike was super helpful and we would absolutely buy another car here, even if it's 1 1/2 hours away. I highly recommend Universal Motors!
