I’d like so share my 3 week ordeal with the waiting room and front desk at Dr. Kenfack’s office. I called and scheduled an appointment after verifying with my insurance and another receptionist that Dr. Kenfack accepted my insurance. I came in that following Monday for an appointment, and the Monday and Friday receptionist (Mendoza, the one I’ve dealt with from here on out) said she couldn’t find my insurance in the system.
