Not suitable to live in. The windows leak with rain, their is garbage all over the property (inside and out). If you have a problem, they could care less. It comes down to the poor management. Also, they will keep your deposit no matter what!
This play is disgusting. Concrete falls from the ceiling and water drops from the windows, sometimes you get concrete thought your windows and water through the ceiling. Land lords husband screwed us out of about $850 because he likes to pretend he never had conversations with you. There's rats every where, and on top of all of this, if there's an issue with maintenance, they will not come fix it.
Looks like this building was not Designed for residence. Looking at its condition it was an abandoned storage or some other non-resident building. The owner bought it and with minimal repair gave to low income people. Windows have broken, out of its place with large gaps so don't stop any winter weather cold. High ceiling with single glass windows which are impossible to block.
