One of the best Laser Systems, however, systems expensive. Also, spare parts, refill gas charges, and service are too high. ULS lasers may be suitable for giant corporates but not for small businesses.
I called today (15 June 2021) to bring my Universal Laser engraver to the company to refirbish it and was told that COVID 19 has stopped their referbishment program! This is unacceptable and I feel that a company should not just sell but back up their laser engravers but Universal Laser Engravers are failing to provide. This does not set well with me and I will be getting a new one from another company now! I have seen Universlal laser loosing ground in Florida and moving to Texas some shops are going to TROTEC.
