The Service Department has the best Service Advisor in Mr Patel; he ensures everything is done right the first time.
I have purchased several vehicles from Universal Nissan and I have always had a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Terrible service department. They charge you for fixes that don’t work and say it’s “Nissan” regulations. Then they want to charge you more to fix again another way. Buyer beware.
