Terrible service department. They charge you for fixes that don’t work and say it’s “Nissan” regulations. Then they want to charge you more to fix again another way. Buyer beware.
On November 2, 2020 I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder at Universal Nissan. It has taken me sometime to be able to compose a letter because of the holidays, family and life. This Universal Nissan have the Worse services possible.Buying a extended warranty for you Vehicle with them is the worth thing you can do.Services at this place is also terrible People I advised you to go and buy a car some where else and if you need service is better to take you car to a independent shop but not Nissan.They are liers,Thief and never help you with anything.
