I called around 6 PM about an issue with my heater, and Syed said he’d be at my place in about an hour — and he showed up right on time! He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. I really appreciated how honest he was about the issue and what needed to be done, without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Great service — highly recommend!

Syed was amazing. He has a diagnostic change of $100 and fixed my issue with the noise in my heating and cooling system. Came within 30 minutes and was on time, walked me through what was necessary and even went next door to my rental property to help out with the heater and took a quick look. Very fair, honest and straightforward.

My HVAC started making a loud buzzing noise on Monday night and by the next morning there was no cold air coming out. I got in touch with Syed Tuesday afternoon and he came over that same evening. He meticulously went over all possible causes and explained what he was doing every step of the way, as well as provided me with tips for the future on how to maintain the unit in good condition.
