Top tier service. Syed not only fixed my problem but explained every step he was taking and showed me how to maintain my condenser unit to keep it working smoothly. He was super kind and was able to get everything working in one appointment. I would leave 6 stars if I could.
Our HVAC unit was leaking and had completely stopped working. We called Universal and they were able to come by the next morning. They explained exactly what they were doing and what issues they saw every step of the way, including documenting via pictures, and were transparent with the cost from the beginning. They were able to fix everything with the utmost friendliness, expertise, and honesty. Would highly recommend
Easy same day appointment came within 2hours. Syed is easy to work with. Highly recommend
Helped us service our HVAC system in a quick and orderly manner. Really appreciate their effort and attention to detail!
