Sayed was recommended by a neighbor and was available on the same day I called. He was in constant communication with me until he arrived. The issue with my AC unit was expained in detail and was resolved at a fair rate. Give them a call. Im glad I did.

It was a late Friday night at 88 degrees and the AC stops working. I thought there was no way it could be fixed that evening and that I was in for a miserable night. I was wrong. Syed from Universal HVAC arrived shortly after giving him a call. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, fixed it all up and then actually gave me a lot of instructional information to avoid running into issues again. Simply incredible. Highly recommend.

Syed has been amazing to deal with on multiple HVAC repairs at a building. They came out on short notice in the middle of very hot periods and were able to fix the problems both times (2 different apartments). I would comfortably recommend Universal HVAC to others looking for a good vendor to work with.
