David did an outstanding job with the ductwork at our restaurant last week. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done correctly. David was excellent. He provided detailed responses to all my questions, carefully itemizing the issues and discussing recommendations. He didn't push for any specific option but clearly outlined what was available. He also brought in a system specialist to evaluate the space, and Leo was great as well! I've always had positive experiences with Universal HVAC Group and their technicians and customer service team.

I was referred to Universal HVAC Group through a friend, and I have to say, the service was outstanding. David, the technician, came out promptly to address my concerns. After inspecting my old condenser and asking detailed questions, he walked me through the best options for my needs. Once I made my choice, they were back the next morning at 8 AM to install the new AC unit. This is the third time I've relied on David and his team at Universal HVAC Group to handle my HVAC issues. Each time, they've either fixed the problem during the initial visit or returned the next day to resolve it. Scheduling has always been quick and easy. The crew is consistently friendly and respectful to my tenants, which really puts me at ease. I also appreciate the detailed report with before and after photos of the work done.
