I cannot put into words just how wonderful this company was in my given situation. From the first meeting with Zana (amazing!), to the nurse Diane's visits (compassionate & so supportive), to medical equipment and prescriptions being delivered literally the same or the next day,(by wonderful, kind people) to the wonderful on call staff who fielded many calls from me regarding questions, medications etc.. that soothed many of my fears and were always prompt in returning calls within 20 minutes. My family and I are very pleased to have Universal Hospice Care take part in the care of our parents. Zana Murray has been an angle sent for our parents, my mom’s smile when she sees zana is a perfect example. Care processes started rolling faster when Universal Hospice Care started, that took a heavy weight off our shoulders and we felt relieved that our parents are receiving the care they need.
