The website caught my attention as it was providing a lot of information regarding the company and pictures of their previous jobs. We have used this service a few times now and are always happy with the job done. Prompt, professional, and very understanding and patient when we had an urgent request. Prices were great, very affordable. We wouldn't use anyone else! Don't know what the other reviewers are talking about but we really like Universal Home Improvement.

I called for an estimate for a living room remodel, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mark, the owner, and his team arrived exactly on time that he said. He is very professional and kept his appointment. The project was of very high quality,and they clean the whole place so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending you for other work!.

Hi, I got several estimates from roofers and I decided to go with Mark. He is just extremely solid as far as doing what he says he will do. The job was done upon time, upon schedule, with the roofers cleaning up all day. I really like that Mark kept me informed all day about what to expect and was always available to reply my questions. It is difficult to locate someone who are honest, have integrity. Mark and his team has to be rated one of the best that I have worked with so far, I highly recommend him.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Universal Home Improvement! Mark, the owner, was friendly, responsive, honest, and professional. He gave us helpful insight when discussing our options for color and other stuff. His crew did a good job upon the project, arrived upon time, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Our new roof looks good! We will use Universal Home Improvement for all of our future roofing needs and highly recommend them.

They re-roofed my parents house and did a fantastic job. From the initial meeting my parents knew how professional they were and appreciated the information up front. There were no hidden costs, the job was done as promised - quick and efficient service and tall-quality work. Highly recommend them!
