We contacted Universal Home Improvement in regards to replacing the shingles for a small extension on our house as they came highly recommended by a coworker and had numerous positive reviews on in different review sites, such as Yahoo and CitySearch. Mark came promptly to assess the job and gave us a quote. We did not wait long for the job to be completed. UHI's crew worked very efficiently and were very respectful of our property. We are pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.

My roof lost some shingles. I contacted Universal Home Improvements through their hotline where I found on their website, they clearly explained their repair process which is a little different from the other roofing company I spoke to first. Mark from UHI came out as scheduled and quickly repaired the shingles and advised me about the roof condition and improvements I may need down the road. UHI company is professional, prompt and courteous from booking to completion of the job. I will definitely use them in future

The best contractor I ever worked with! Mark and his team cam and had the job done fast and professionally. Our driveway looks awesome, and my friends who came over to see it after, are all amazed as how good and beautiful it turned out! Every bit of the job, from the start till it finished was so pleasant and quick process.
