Herb completely changed the energy around home health care for my father. He was able to educate my dad and grandmother as well as provide great care and compassion. My dad is very stubborn and Herb had my dad singing his praises. Thankful for Mike and Deb as well. You never know why some patients connect with some nurses over the others, but the great thing about universal is they don’t take it personal and have several to circulate care. ❤️

My dad was taken care of by hospice in Bellefontaine until he passed Thanksgiving day. They were very kind and considerate each and every day. Our nurse Cindy was as angel on earth. She cared for him as if it were her own dad. We will never forget the dignity and respect sprinkled with humor and simple loving kindness. Our hearts are broken at his loss but filled with gratitude for these amazing people. Give generously to this cause. Thank you
