Not reliable,never showed up or not on time and no one replacing people that àre sick or just not showing up.So many excuses
Extremely disappointed! I was so excited to be approved after months of being on the waiting list. Unfortunately my worker seldom gets paid, can’t clock in or out, etc.. It’s been awful. Every couple weeks it’s something else. We keep being told they will fix it, etc. I am at risk of losing my worker due to lack of payment I highly doubt anyone at this company would work for free? I would like thank Universal Homecare for providing such astonishing services for my grandmother. My family and I were greeted by their Director, Zana. She operates with integrity and professionalism. Not only did she provide options for my grandma but she is also very resourceful. It’s great to know there are really people out here that care.
I met Zana Murray at a facility after hearing about her from the residents and their families. They were absolutely right about her. She didn't disappoint. Shes a very compassionate person and a true professional! The nurse and homeaid came to the house to care for my mom. Universal homecare operates as a team. Will continue to spread the word for anyone looking for great service.
