My rating goes as follows, five stars for the nurses -4 stars for the geriatric physical therapists. First physical therapist was an older very small woman by the name of Jila. Jila is way too old to be an effective physical therapist in my opinion she could not ambulate my mom! The therapists I worked with were well prepared. They gave me printed instructions. Worked with me to make certain I had mastered them. They took all of my vitals. They advised me on how to continue on with exercises. They discussed my feelings about the operation and my moods. They helped me deal with my post-operative situation.

I received outstanding care from the nurses at Universal Home Care. I was recovering from abdominal surgery, and a nurse came daily to change my dressings. The nurses came when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do in a gentle and careful manner. Beyond that they were just the nicest people and a pleasure to have in my home.
