Recommendedmy heater went out in the middle of the night Friday, I found universal heating on FB Saturday around 5pm , they came right out, so friendly and the only place that was affordable. they charge a flat fee regardless of it being a weekend, had my heater fixed right away and did it all for $240. and gave me a part discount!!! Another company wanted $178 for a diagnostic and $4-500 just to come out on a weekend, which is outrageous. cause it would have been only $87 to come out on a monday...if you have any emergency heating/coo... read more

I highly recommend this company. They did exactly everything they said they would do. I'm very pleased.
I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company for anything!!!! They are a joke! I cannot believe they are even still in business with all the shady things they have done to my mother in law. We have contacted BBB and he is ignoring them!!! His son was caught in her air conditioning unit when they were there to fix the furnace! Why in the world would he be doing that? He was also caught using his tool in her furnace after it had been replaced and poked a hole in the coil and then she had to spend $950 more for a new coil. SHADY,... read more
We were called home, out of state for a family emergency, our unit went out the morning of. Universal Heating & Cooling Came to our rescue. They quickly responded, their Service Techs. & Installers are Very professional, they replaced our unit & got the job done for us. I highly recommend this company above any other out there. Universal just put a new central air conditioning unit in our home back in August. They did an awesome job. They also have a roofing/home improvement section that is run by Jonathan. We didn't know that till they came out to put in our air conditioner. .So we had a new roof and gutters done and they did a beautiful job. Just love the roof. . No matter what you need call Universal Heating and Cooling for all your home repairs they do it all. They are terrific. .
