I received a voice mail requesting a return call. Called back, asked to speak with Sierra. She immediately transferred me over to a survey (?). What was all that about? So, I submitted the survey given the information I was provided: Not much there. The phone system is terrible, all garbled. Is this some kind of call-in scam??
Not really great. Takes forever to get updates from them, never comes thru with the plan they set with you. I was supposed to get in home assistance and after jumping thru hoops, never got it. They fired my therapist and only told me the 5th time I called asking. Nice people but the buisness seems lazy and disappointing
