Universal did such a great job!! Branda and David were informative and easy to set things up and Kyle was very professional, knowledgable, and quick.

I had a broken spring and Preston repaired it quickly. He was thorough and courteous. I'd use them again for sure.
We needed new garage doors, met with David went over design and insulation options. Made a decision the doors came they installed right away, they look gorgeous. So far so good they are working great. David also gave us an free upgrade on the openers because he felt they would last longer over time. Thanks David

My code box for the garage has not been working for a number of weeks so when I saw Preston's truck down the street working on a neighbor's home, I walked down and arranged for him to stop at our home to replace the box. Doing so saved me the service call and he was fast despite the new box not initally liking my code. Would recommend Preston and his company for future service.
Overall my experience with Universal Garage Doors was good. They installed a new garage door for us in October 2016. David was my sales representative and he was responsive. They showed up on time when they were supposed to arrive, which in itself, is a plus. There was some miscommunication with regard to the vinyl trim being included on our bid however David made sure it was completed at the cost of only labor regardless. I would recommend Universal Garage Doors.
