Ummmm, scam. We had a service technician come to our home. Universal was provided by our home warranty company. We are having an issue with the garage door opener motor---not the garage door. The technician refused to run the motor or even look at the actual opener until he performed a "garage door tune up," for an additional $90. He was there just to get an additional $90 before contacting our Home Warranty company. Scam to the core!
Absolutely amazing company to work with. Very knowledgeable employees who are incredibly helpful. Did not pressure us into anything, just laid out our options and helped right away. Rick was fantastic!

Rick arrived early for our appointment and did a fantastic, very efficient job of replacing the broken key pad, installing a new vault emergency release system and performing a Light Maintenance Tune-Up. I could have asked for better, more pleasant service!
