I happened to miss my turnin to checkout the gym next door and meant for a uturn in this parking lot. Just stumbled upon this place. Best mistake i could make. Mark is great, helpful and full of energy. Everyone i have met working out has been kind and courteous. Hour workout, in and out. Perfect.
Nice place to work out. Jori one of the trainers is great. Friendly and fun atmosphere.
First time there on an invite and I loved it! It's a bit too far for me from where I live but if I were closer, this would be my gym!
