Awful customer service. Essentially none. I didn't hire them but my doctor did but as far as its messed up accounting goes, you are on your own. No one can help to fix their mistake. They hardly answers the call. I'm on hold for an hour one time and the call dropped. Now for the second time on hold for 40 mins. I wish my doctor didn't use this company. It's shame that i had to deal with them even though i didn't hire them.
This is such an awful company that really needs to have their accounting practices reviewed. I received a notice from a collection agency regarding a balance from over 4 years ago. After contacting my old health insurance provider, they told me it was paid (over 4 years ago!) and gave me the date and check number. I called UDL back and gave them this information, and they proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the insurance back and have them fax over more information. Why am I having to do THEIR work?
