The Investor(s) for Pickens Bridge and Cherry Grove are only too happy to take a tenants money. But they lack in providing proper repairs. My friend lives in Cherry Grove and she has been more patient than I would be. If the maintenance crew needs a part and they don't have it available, it must be ordered from Lowes to be delivered. When she first moved there the first 2 maintenance men could pick up what was needed but then in 2021 Corporate put a stop to that.
