My dentist retired and I found Universal Dentistry in North Wales. Kiana & Beverly made me feel like family on my first visit. Doctors Thatcher and Denmark are kind, gentle, caring, and most of all very professional. I can finally enjoy going to the dentist for any dental needs thanks to all of them.

I have been going to Universal Dentistry- North Wales for several years now. I have had cleanings as well as several surgical procedures done. The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all areas of dentistry. I have always been satisfied with their services, advice and recommendations. This place is all about having you sign a contract and saying goodbye to you -pushing you out the door before you have time to think twice. They sell u contracts- That is how they make their money and I believe their most profits come from the elderly.
This is a privately owned company that is an abomination on the Dentistry industry. I have an issue with a full bottom denture which was not correctly cast and cannot get the personnel to correct the error. I have tried contacting administrative personnel to no avail. PC Universal Dentistry doing business as Universal Dentistry is incorporated under Schaeflen Management LLC. The personnel insist there is no corporate office.
