Worst oral surgeon ever. Do not go here unless you want to be traumatized for life. Please save your time and teeth and go elsewhere. He extracted my friends wisdom teeth and she was in unbearable pain. He was yelling at her while she was in distress. I can not believe doctors like him exist. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion is completely unacceptable.

I understand oral surgery is not a comfortable procedure, but this was the most BRUTAL dental experience I’ve ever had. I have a high pain tolerance yet the procedure felt extremely ROUGH, especially the anesthetic injections. Instead of asking to raise my chin, the doctor was physically pushing my chin upward quite forcefully, which was very uncomfortable and added to the pain. I had such a great experience in this particular office. The receptionist was very friendly, organized, and extremely professional. Check-in was efficient, and I had to wait for no more than a few minutes. It is great to be greeted by someone who is not only friendly but also welcoming. The doctor was simply fantastic. Not only were they extremely thorough, patient, and caring, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this office. The receptionist is consistently rude and has left me (and others) on hold for extremely long periods of time — once for nearly an hour. It makes it very frustrating to even try to schedule an appointment. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the experience does not reflect well on the practice. I hope the office considers improving their customer service, as it plays a big role in whether patients choose to stay or even call in the first place.
