I had such a great experience in this particular office. The receptionist was very friendly, organized, and extremely professional. Check-in was efficient, and I had to wait for no more than a few minutes. It is great to be greeted by someone who is not only friendly but also welcoming. The doctor was simply fantastic. Not only were they extremely thorough, patient, and caring, but they also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this office. The receptionist is consistently rude and has left me (and others) on hold for extremely long periods of time — once for nearly an hour. It makes it very frustrating to even try to schedule an appointment. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the experience does not reflect well on the practice. I hope the office considers improving their customer service, as it plays a big role in whether patients choose to stay or even call in the first place.

Great bed side manner. Keila is great also! She helped make my experience smoother and less anxiety ridden. Doctors and staff are professional, gentle, and kind. The office manager, Angela, takes extra time to make sure you understand procedures and insurance protocols.

I would love to be able to rate this office on their doctors however I can’t even get them to call me back to make an appointment. I have left 3 voicemails over the course of an entire week and no call back. There is no way to actually speak to a person when I call. Terrible customer service.
