Honestly amazing services! I got my wisdom teeth removed here and I can say they did a magnificent job. Even their staff are so nice, and doctor Moe as well! They were also really set with prices and didn’t make it difficult with insurance like in other places. I was definitely recommended them when you need dental care done. By far the best dental clinic I have visited!
Comfortable dentist office with friendly staff and Dr. Mo answered all my questions and concerns. I felt confident that i was being taken care of.
I have been going to Universal Dental for years and I have always had good experiences. I have seen their orthodontist for Invisalign and their dentists for my regular maintenance. I find their hygienist to be kind and gentle. I have referred my sister and my boyfriend and they also have stayed with Universal for years. I find them to be honest and they don't push unnecessary treatments like so many other dentists have done.
The Dentist and Staff at Universal Dental Albany are great. The office and dental equipment is pristine with a detail to cleaning unlike many dental offices. I found the staff to be honest, professional and knowledgeable. The Dentist was able to give be a root canal and other procedures with limited shots. Usually, I require the maximum. I am very impressed with the skill-level of this office and recommended them.
My experience with doctor Mohammad and team was incredible. Jeanette at the front desk was friendly and attentive which made the experience smooth and pleasant from the beginning. Doctor Mohammad is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable dentist I’ve encountered, all while being compassionate and kind as well. Could not recommend this practice enough!
