My kids and I have been coming here to see Dr. Ramos and her amazing staff for almost 10 years. I would highly recommend her and her staff. They always make my kids feel safe and comfortable. They love their clients and are so very kind and loving.
I’m only giving them 2 stars because they are friendly. First the dentist drilled too deep on a cavity which caused chronic inflammation of the pulp which then needed a root canal. Then the dentist messed up on the root canal (same tooth) by not cleaning it out all the way. 4 months later pain never went away and the tooth got infected.
Dr. Ramos is the best. All of the staff are amazing and they specialize in taking care of Nervous patients such as myself.
I am happy to have found Universal Dental Care. Everyone I've interacted with have been friendly. I was given clear direction on what treatments are needed, and I was advised of my options. This place is outstanding! Update 3/21/2025: Still amazed about the service, friendliness, and care of Dr. Ramos and her staff.
