They deserve ZERO stars. The BBB gives them an F rating. Shoddy work. Confused employees with whom management doesn't communicate. Ordered the WRONG parts. Their refund check was written on a ghost account. That's fraud. They LIED about mailing a certified check. They give small business a bad name. Buyer beware.

Stay away from them. They don’t pay on time, they would give you checks without a coverages. Save yourself a headache.
Never got service but they have a crazy driver!!! I was driving the speed limit on New York st in Aurora headed towards rt59 and own of their workers was tailing me dangerously close. He then started swerving and speeding through, cutting off multiple cars and almost crashing. He was wearing red sweater and this happened just this morning around 8:30am-8:40am
I would like to apologize to Universal Construction for an untrue and biased review. Rest assured I do believe in honest reviews. However, I also now realize the error of my ways. Our justice system is set up in the same manner our social system should be set up.
