They have helped my mom so much and I had my hip pain vanish in 1 visit!
Just love the graston really helped the neck and shoulder. Hard to find place that does it. Highly recommend it.

I had another Chiropractor but now only go to Universal because the adjustment on my neck was superior. Dr. Alana and the entire staff are wonderful. I called in the morning with lingering, chronic lower back pain. I had experienced the benefits of spinal decompression last year and foolishly stopped going when things improved dramatically, An error in judgement I will not repeat. Dr.Z and the rest are so caring and so determined to get you better and to maintain your physical heatlh.... I have been going there for over 4 years and if it wasn't for them..I do not know where I would be at and I don't even want to know but for me they are like family...they cared enough and made sure I was on my way to recovery... I am so blessed to have them in my life...they are the best!!!!!!
