Don was able to secure the lending for me for a difficult condo transaction -- a nonwarrantable condo (so conventional lending was not an option) situated in a fire zone! Don is a lifesaver! We had a lender who claimed they could get our challenging project done, but couldn't deliver. Don swooped in and delivered -- early! If you have a non-warrantable condo, there is no other. Don is your guy. Trust me!
