Great to work with. Explains everything simply
We are seniors and have purchased more than 10 homes. Our latest purchase was financed by Universal Capital Mortgage Corporation under the guidance of Don Maher. It was one of the most seamless mortgage experiences ever. We could not have been more pleased! Don is very well versed and stayed on top of every element involved in the mortgage loan process. There was never once a need to "follow up" to see if any step had been completed. My wife Marsha and I both recommend Don Maher and his company very highly.
Don is the GOAT. We were 2 weeks away from the close of escrow when our original mortgage lender fell through. When they tried to pivot to a non-qualified mortgage, they were dragging their feet. Our real estate agent found Don herself and recommended that we use him as a backup to close escrow on time. Outstanding service! Drop the rest and call Don Maher at UCMC! Don was able to secure the lending for me for a difficult condo transaction -- a nonwarrantable condo (so conventional lending was not an option) situated in a fire zone!
