I have been having my car serviced here for last few years and I would highly recommend going here to Universal Auto LLC. Alex is highly skilled mechanic has a ton of knowledge and is very dependable. Has great prices as well. Alex has done my oil changes, brakes, replace other parts and new fuel line ran for ome that was leaking. Nobody else wanted to repair leaking fuel line Alwx stepped up did a fabulous job no more leaks. I visited Universal Auto LLC today to replace my control arms, and the experience was excellent. Alex did the work on my car, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done. The repair was completed efficiently, and the car feels great now. My 2006 Honda Civic was in dire need of brakes and rotors, (heavy grinding while braking). I hoped to get in at another auto shop in Shakopee I've visited in the past, but they were booked up for the next two days. Took a chance here and long story short, I'll definitely be returning! Alex and his team were amazing! I have not ever brought a car into a shop before, so I was kinda nervous to have someone else work on it, but Universal Auto has gotten a new customer, and I will recommend this shop! Thank you guys again!
