Best body shop, they explain me everything all the time and charges are reasonable. They never over charge or do extra work
Do not bother, used to be my go to mechanic but they failed to communicate about adding non requested products to my vehicle. Upon having to replace products at a more reputable shop, requested coverage for parts and service charge being replaced. Had to spend a week of them dodging me only to fail to pay out fully. Don't waste your time or money.
I had an excellent experience with Universal Auto Body Shop. My friend had a major issue with his car, and many other places told us it would take one or two weeks to fix. However, the team at Universal handled everything incredibly fast and professionally. They managed to complete a major engine replacement within just a day, which was truly impressive.
