Clean Air Ducts just a call away! When I moved into my house I wanted to have the air ducts cleaned. I called different companies including some well known name ones. They were expensive. I called this company and I felt the proce was reasonable. They offer specials as well. The day of the cleaning they arrived early and within a few hours they were done.
Do not use universal air and heat Terrible....,I was so ripped off I am still in shock. They charged me double the advertised price to clean my dryer vents and did not clean them at all. I had another company come out 2 days later and had them cleaned. The service reps they have are con artists. I can not believe a company will take your money and do no service.
Rip off! Overnight the contactor on our A/C unit outside shorted out causing the unit to continually run even though the air handler inside the house was off. I called Universal Air in the morning and they sent a technician out in the afternoon. After removing the access panel from the outside unit, he quickly diagnosed the bad contactor and informed me that he can replace it for $250. He also said I probably need Freon for another $100. Amber They are the BEST! They got someone out the same day. The technician was great! He told me the capacitor was blown. I asked when can he get it fixed. He told me it already was! Within 15 minutes the house cooled down and the repair was cost was the lowest I have ever received from any AC Repair. company. They ROCK!!!!!!
Sorry to tell you , very poor service Very poor service. One person came to my home. He was very rough and not ready to explain in a proffessional way.He brought the cleaning machine and started cleaning. He didn't use any thing to keep my floor clean. He opened the small windows of vent and just passed the brush into the vent. He didn't clean the window(to the vent) and surronding of the that opening space. THE BEST - FINALLY FOUND AN HONEST AC COMPANY IN FL THE BEST!!!! We have been suffering with an air conditioner that wasn't right from the day it was installed over 4 years ago. It never cooled and the air was always humid when it did. The coils froze and the drain line filled up if I turned the temperature under 72. Since my bedroom is the last line on the truck I need to have the air turned down to 70 to keep it a reasonable temperature. Joy I LOVE THESE GUYS!! Pride (Contract Appliance Service Company) sold us a new air conditioning unit unit 3 years ago that breaks almost weekly and we have to turn it off every evening because the coils freeze. I am vigilant about changing the filter. It broke again the Thursday before Mothers Day and I was told they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday so I called Universal Air and Heat and they had a technician out the same day.
